Course Description

Inclusive leadership is not about being soft.
It’s about getting the best out of people — without losing focus, while maximising ownership and results.

Many leaders want to be inclusive.
They listen, involve and care.
And still they face meetings that go in circles, people who agree but don’t act, and tensions that remain unspoken.

Inclusive leadership only works when it becomes concrete behaviour.

In this practical course, you’ll learn 25 inclusive leadership micro-skills, grounded in a few essential leadership models and translated into concrete, daily leadership behaviour. You can apply them immediately:

  • in meetings

  • in one-on-one conversations

  • when performance drops

  • when resistance shows up

  • when you need both connection and clarity

These micro-skills help you listen deeply without losing direction, create ownership without pushing, and set boundaries without damaging trust.

Each module combines:

  • short, focused video lessons

  • practical exercises you can use straight away

  • reflections that sharpen your leadership judgement

Combine this course with the Mind Growing Leadership Community (separate enrollment)
This course stands on its own. Many participants choose to combine it with the Mind Growing Leadership Community — a separate, paid program that supports ongoing practice alongside the course, through monthly online reflection and peer learning in small groups.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:

  • create stronger collaboration without losing speed

  • balance care with challenge and accountability

  • use simple tools that lead to real business results

This course is for people managers, team leaders, HR professionals and internal coaches who want leadership that is both human and demanding.

I recently completed this online training on Inclusive Leadership and I really enjoyed the experience. The content is strong, practical, and very well structured.

I would absolutely recommend this workshop to both managers and HR professionals.

The Leadership Funnel, Microskills and the self-assessment were the most immediately applicable elements.

Thank you again for creating this program.

This course is an eye-opener and surprisingly practical and hands-on.

This truly adds value.

The training offers a toolbox of concepts and models helping develop behaviour and leadership skills.

The leadership funnel and leadership compass are ready-to-use concepts.

The microskills are highly practical and relevant take-aways.

The course has definitely given me valuable input for my leadership. I notice this especially in the way I now reflect more consciously on my own inclusive behaviour, and in how I create more space for different perspectives in conversations.

I really appreciate the setup of the course. The flexibility to work at my own pace and decide how many chapters to complete at a time works very well. The platform is easy to navigate, and the learning experience feels accessible and practical.

What I value most is that the course brings the learning to life. Some of the content reconnects me with knowledge I already had, but had not used consciously for a while. Other parts create new connections or offer completely new insights. That combination makes the course feel relevant, alive, and directly applicable.

A concrete step I took during the course was sending out the inclusive leadership questionnaire to three people and planning conversations with them to discuss the differences in the results. This helped me move from reflection into action.

I also appreciate the possibility to share reflections in the platform. The trainer’s responses make the experience feel much more personal, almost like being in a training with others and with a trainer present, rather than learning completely on my own. That human connection makes a real difference.

Overall, this course invites both reflection and action. It supports leaders in becoming more aware of their own behaviour and in taking practical steps towards more inclusive leadership. I’m enjoying the journey and find it a valuable learning experience.
